Jove Chart Editor 1.0

The JoveChart Editor program is for use by users of the JoveChart program by Ron Parise. The JoveChart program was written to for use by participants in the NASA sponsored Radio Jove project. The Radio Jove project reaches out to schools and amateur scientists who want to implement studies of the decametric radio emissions of Jupiter. JoveChart is available free to program participants.
